Our Services

It is very important that the owner knows the correct asking price for the property when it is listed, in accordance with current market prices, even though they will ultimately decide the asking price. That's why we offer our professional valuation, free of charge.

Once the property is acquired, we will take care of all the contracting of supplies or changes of ownership of electricity, gas and internet.

If you've recently bought or rented a property, whether through us or on your own, and you lack the time or inclination to decorate it, you can count on our help and the impeccable taste of Catia Vasconcelos. We adapt to your preferences and budget.

Once you've received the keys to your new property at the notary's office, it's very important — and advisable for everyone's security — to change the lock cylinders. We take care of that and everything else related to renovation, painting, and aluminium carpentry work. Prices available upon request.

We offer the services of our local driver, Jose, who will take care of you when it comes to pickups and drop-offs. Exclusively for our customers, he offers discounted rates to most locations along the coast.
